All abstracts must be submitted through the congress website at www.icses2016.org. Only online submission using the registration form provided on the "Abstract Submission" page will be accepted. Click on "Abstract Submission" and follow the steps, making sure to carefully complete all sections. If all sections are not completed, your abstract submission will NOT be accepted.

Abstract Submission Process
Guidelines for Abstract Submissions
  • Abstracts should be submitted electronically via the ICSES 2016 website (www.icses2016.org).
  • All abstracts must be written in English, and will be assessed by the Scientific Committee and assigned to the appropriate session.
  • The presenting author should attend the congress and register online via the congress website by the Early Registration deadline.
  • Submitting an abstract implies the following agreement of authors:
    • - Inclusion of the abstract in the ICSES 2016 program and abstract book that will be published. (Abstract book to be provided to authors either in print or on USB)
    • - Presenting author’s attendance at ICSES 2016.
Symposium and ICL
  • Congress website login IDs and Passwords will be given individually to speakers of the Symposium and ICL by the ICSES 2016 secretariat. Speakers may summit their abstract (s) by logging in to the website (www.icses2016.org).

  • The ICSES 2016 organizing committee invites you to submit your abstract for inclusion in the scientific program.
  • Abstracts will be classified according to following categories.

    S-2 Instability E-2 Instability
    S-3 Rotator Cuff E-3 Tendinopathy
    S-4 Sports Medicine E-4 Sports Medicine

  • Notification of Acceptance
    • - Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors on October 20th (Tue), 2015 by e-mail and via the congress homepage.
    • - The decision of the Scientific Committee on the acceptability of the abstract is final. While an author’s preferences for either an oral or e-poster presentation will be considered, the committee may suggest an alternative format. No correspondence on their decision can be initiated by the authors.
    • - The presenting author must reply to the acceptance notification in order to acknowledge receipt and confirm attendance.
  • Abstract Modification or Withdrawal
    • - Requests for the withdrawal of an abstract must be submitted via e-mail to abstract@icses2016.org.
    • - Presenting authors are free to further edit and modify submitted abstracts up to the submission deadline of July 20th (Mon), 2015.

Preparation Guidelines for Free Papers (Oral & e-Poster)

Notice
  • Your own personal login ID and password will be generated when your abstract is submitted. You may use this ID and password at any time during the submission period to edit your abstract. Please retain the ID and password information for future reference.
  • Presentation guidelines will be sent to the authors of successful abstracts.
  • Abstract submissions by e-mail or fax submission will not be accepted (except from plenary lecture speakers).
  • As all correspondence will be delivered via e-mail, is mandatory that you provide a valid e-mail address submitting an abstract.
